Rolling Forward in KwaZulu-Natal – Introducing Sayari Earth’s Hilton Office
January 2026 marked another important step forward for Sayari Earth as we continue to grow our presence across Southern Africa.
We are proud to announce the opening of our KwaZulu-Natal office, located in Hilton. This space serves as a working base for Sayari Earth team members leading the KwaZulu-Natal Sustainable Landscapes Program (KZNSLP).
Hilton was intentionally chosen as the location for this office so that our KZN team can be based close to several of our key partners in the Sustainable Landscapes Program, including WILDTRUST, Conservation Outcomes, Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife, and KZN-based Peace Parks Foundation teams. Being located near these organisations helps strengthen day-to-day collaboration and supports the coordinated delivery of the program.
As our projects expand, having a physical presence within the landscapes where we work becomes increasingly important. Establishing a local office allows us to strengthen collaboration with partners, land stewards, and communities, while ensuring that our team remains closely connected to the ecosystems and people at the heart of our work.
Boots-on-the-Ground for High-Integrity Delivery
Our nature-based carbon projects are built on trust, relationships, and strong local engagement. The Hilton office supports this by enabling our team to maintain consistent boots-on-the-ground presence across the project area.
From here, Sayari Earth staff coordinate project implementation, stakeholder engagement, and community collaboration activities that underpin the KZNSLP. This proximity ensures that our work continues to meet the highest standards of quality, integrity, and transparency.
By being present in the region, we are better positioned to support:
- Meaningful stakeholder and community engagement.
- Careful implementation of landscape restoration activities.
- Robust monitoring and data collection.
- Long-term partnerships with local institutions and land stewards.
Rolling Forward Together
At Sayari Earth, we often talk about rolling big ideas forward. The Hilton office represents another point where our Swarm gathers, and is a place where collaboration, planning, and field coordination come together to drive real impact on the ground.
As the KwaZulu-Natal Sustainable Landscapes Program continues to develop, this local base will play an important role in ensuring that our projects remain community-centred, scientifically robust, and delivered with integrity.
We’re excited about what lies ahead and we look forward to continuing to keep rolling forward alongside our partners, communities, and stakeholders across KwaZulu-Natal.
