November 2025 – A Month of Milestones: New Office, New Energy, and a Celebration of Our Swarm

November marked a major milestone for our team: we officially moved into our new office, a place where our mission continues to gain momentum in restoring landscapes and empowering communities across Africa.

Soon after settling in, we hosted our first CarbonIQ training at the new office. The session brought our team together to welcome new joiners, deepen expertise, strengthen systems understanding, and align our efforts toward delivering high-integrity carbon projects. It was energizing to see our Swarm in action, learning, debating, thinking critically, and pushing boundaries together.

To end the week on a high note, we swapped strategy and spreadsheets for bowling shoes and friendly competition. Tenpin bowling made for the perfect team-building activity, a chance to unwind, have a few laughs, and celebrate the collective strides we’ve made this year. And yes… we definitely leaned into the synergy between rolling balls and rolling out climate solutions, staying true to our dung beetle spirit.

Our year-end function followed, offering us a meaningful moment to reflect on 2025, a year marked by major achievements:

• Advancing multiple landscape-scale carbon programs.
• Strengthening partnerships across the continent.
• Expanding our team with passionate specialists and leaders.
• Growing our operational capabilities and systems foundation.

We also presented a series of internal awards to recognize dedication, innovation, collaboration, and the core values our team lives every day. These recognitions are not just a nod to hard work, they signify the culture of excellence and integrity that drives Sayari Earth forward.

As we close out 2025, we carry a powerful blend of gratitude and ambition.

Our new space is a reminder of how far we’ve come, and a launchpad for the road ahead. With stronger foundations, deeper knowledge, and a skilled and passionate team, we’re rolling into 2026 ready to scale impact, strengthen community partnerships, and continue shaping a climate-positive future built on restoration, community, biodiversity, and real shared value.
