About Sayari Earth

Sayari Earth develops nature-based carbon removal projects that restore ecosystems and strengthen rural livelihoods. We are recruiting Partner Success Officers for the Karoo Sustainable Landscapes Program - the field link between Sayari Earth and the farmer.

What You Will Do

  • Recruit, engage and onboard farmers in your area, including rights agreements and FPIC.
  • Support each newly signed farmer monthly through their critical first six months.
  • Help farmers implement rotational grazing and practical land management.
  • Complete MRV touchpoints and capture the field evidence the project depends on.
  • Plan every touchpoint a month ahead, keep records and follow-ups current, and escalate risks early.

What You Need

  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with farmers and rural communities.
  • A practical understanding of farming and land management, or the willingness to learn quickly.
  • Planning, administration and record-keeping discipline, with close attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently across long distances and solve problems in the field.
  • A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays.

Advantageous: 2–3 years’ relevant experience, rotational grazing knowledge, CRM or field-data experience.

What We Offer

Hands-on work that changes how land is managed in the Karoo, with training, field coaching, mentorship, competitive compensation and performance incentives.

Why Join Sayari Earth?

  • Join a pioneering organization delivering real impact for people and the planet.
